Get Inspired: Search Over 10,000 Screenshots By Color Combo

Daily Slurp is an awesome site for daily inspiration in web design. Patrick McNeal, the mind behind Daily Slurp & Design Meltdown, has accumulated over 10,000 links to beautifully designed sites since starting Daily Slurp. Now you can search that massive database of links & screenshots by color. His Color Search feature allows you to pick a main color and a highlight color. Check it out for yourself. Each search I’ve submitted pulls up new sites I haven’t seen before. Great work Patrick!!

21 Twitter Tools to Feed Your Twitter Addiction

I don’t know what it is about Twitter that makes it so addicting, but I can’t seem to stay away from it for very long. At first I thought it was a pretty cool concept, then I thought it was totally useless. Now I think there are ways to make it useful for promotion or collaboration, but I don’t use it for anything other than socializing. It’s been a love/hate thing from the beginning between me and Twitter. If not for some of the tools in this list, I probably wouldn’t use Twitter much, but now I’m hooked.

So if you’re one of the many Twitter junkies, here are some useful tools to make it easier to get your daily fix. Twitter on people!! Twitter on!

Twittervision - Wanna know where that last tweet came from? Better look fast, because Twittervision bounces around the world displaying the latest tweets on a map.

triQQr is a tool to submit tweets to Twitter. It’s still in early beta, so if you don’t like to debug, then you may want to check out some of the other tools I post.

Still don’t have your fill of Twitter tools you addict? Well, lucky for you I’m not even close to done! Next up is GeoTwitter. It’s a mashup of Google Maps & Twitter. So all you stalkerish, mashup lovers can rejoice! *rejoicing* Oops…uh, yeah, check it out.
